Cogitant was called in to lead a bilateral evaluation process key to the formation of a new Joint Venture between two of the world's leading energy businesses. Mike built trust with technical and management teams from both organisations and led an impartial and collaborative review of technology options for the new JV. As part of a small 'clean team' he conducted a structured review and analysis of Charge Point Management Systems (CPMS) technologies deployed by both partners, building concensus for a joint decision on the best approach for the JV. The JV agreement was signed in March 2023 and became fully operational in December.
