Due Diligence review
Cogitant worked with a small client team to complete technology due diligence on this green energy trading business. The activity included reviewing extensive VDR content, arranging and managing expert sessions, and a visit to the business's headquarters to meet staff and review IT arrangements. A short non-invasive outside-in review provided some additional insight for discussion with the target, and risks and suggested remediations were noted in a detailed report.
