Cogitant contributed an outside-in information security review and an OSINT analysis to this partner's due diligence activities, as well as contributing to the final report issued to the prospective private equity investor. The study identified cultural and tecnical issues that contributed to higher-than-expected levels of technical debt and performance limitations, in addition to information security issues and risks arising from inadequate admin processes.
