Supporting Carve-out and Sale of a European Fuels Retail Business
Cogitant supported the early stages of this complex business carve-out and sale. The target business formed a small but integrated part of the client's European downstream organisation, and Mike's analysis and documentation of the IT landscape helped shape the divestment approach. Mike also helped onboard of the project delivery team and provided guidance as plans progressed. The sale was agreed in September 2021 and is expected to complete early in 2022.
