Critical Review of Partner Documentation
In this project Cogitant's client was the non-operating partner in a joint venture downstream business that the partners were looking to sell. The operating partner and their consultants had responsibility for preparaing documentation supporting the sale, including description of the IT and OT landscapes. Mike reviewed the documentation, performed some independent analysis of the assets and worked with the authors to improve the accuracy and the effectiveness of the documents.
