Planning and facilitating a strategic risk management process for the IT Management Board
Worked with IT Management Board members individually to identify potential strategic risks, then prepared and facilitated a workshop session in which Board members reviewed and prioritised risks quickly and effectively using an automated polling system. Supported discussion and concensus-building via real-time analysis, and after the workshop supported development of risk mitigation plans.
