Cogitant contributed to this partner-led due diligence activity on behalf of a private equity buyer. Mike's contribution centred on an outside-in technology and OSINT review of the target business, identifying information about the underlying technologies deployed as well as some important supplier dependencies and relationships. These early findings helped direct discussions during the due diligence process to a satisfactgory conclusion. The acquisition completed successfully in June 2022.
