After providing some initial IT strategy guidance, Mike helped direct an infrastructure update project (VMWare-hosted SharePoint, Lync/S4B, laptop backup) and an audit of the incumbent IT supplier. Subsequent activities have included staff mentoring, CFO advisory and IT investment planning, budget preparation and spend tracking.
Following appointment of a new board-level innovation and technology director with IT accountability, Cogitant has helped with induction, organisational development and preparation of an infrastructure RFP.
