Development of an Applications Strategy based on Business Process Aspirations
Cogitant worked with divisional IT leadership to understand and document the business operating model being implemented as part of a major change programme, producing materials to support IT / business discussions around required applications landscape changes. The work included developing a rationale for change based on business process aspirations, depiction of the future state, and development of an application portfolio management approach to support a phased migration from a decentralised to a centralised applications landscape.
