Analysing organisational, process and technical challenges driving systems availability issues

Ongoing service availability and performance issues with a critical warehouse management system were causing operational problems for one of this client's largest 3PL customers.  Cogitant undertook a comprehensive review and analysis of people, process and technology associated with development and delivery of the service.  The independent nature of the review allowed collection of candid views from participants which after moderation and analysis provided new insight into the origins and nature of the problems.  Mike presented the findings to the CIO and VP responsible, and issued a detailed report including analysis and improvement recommendations.
