Board-level briefing on potential impact of IT on future business and business strategy
Cogitant developed a briefing paper and presentation to provoke and support discussion about how IT might enable and shape future business strategy. The material was presented by the CIO in an extended Board meeting and workshop where future company strategy was being discussed and developed. The presentation topics were selected through discussion with the CIO and his team, and included ERP opportunities, knowledge management, social networking, multi-channel customer interaction, supply chain engineering and RFID.
