Developing and presenting an impact analysis following a major structural change

This 1994 Group University had recently embarked on implementation of a new organisational structure to improve operational flexibility and efficiency.  The plans involved changes to legal as well as organisational structures within the University.  Cogitant worked with key stakeholders to understand and assess the potential impact of the changes on existing processes and systems, preparing and presenting a short paper on findings and recommendations to the CIO and then to the University's Executive Board IT subcommittee.
